Once again we are running registration via the Internet. 
Below is a form for you to fill out for your family.  If you have questions, need to edit your responses after submission or are concerned that your registration submission did not go through, please send an e-mail to Terry at

Before you Register, a Few Notes:

Meals: All staying in hotel-type lodging are required to take their breakfasts and lunches through GLCC. Campers and those staying in cabins may bring their own breakfast to COJ.  Check with GLCC for times and costs of meals.  Campers/cabins are not require to use the meal plan at GLCC.  GLCC has agreed for us to do dinners on our own. 

We will have potluck dinners on Thursday and Friday nights (bring your own meat or other main course and a dish to pass) and a catered Indian Dinner on Saturday (don't forget to bring your best Indian dresses and suits!) Cost for the Indian Dinner will be $12 for each adult (age 13+) and $5 for each child aged 5-12  (Toddlers and babies eat free). 
In order to make camp more affordable this year, we are waiving fees for crafts and the hayride this year!

Registration: On-line registration will only be open until MAY 15, 2009.  After that, late fees will apply.    We will e-mail you an invoice for your camp charges shortly following receipt.  Payments must be returned no later than JUNE 1, 2009.  We will have PayPal payment available - but details for mailing checks will be provided in your invoice.

Cancellations: The registration fee is non-refundable.  Other fees will be refunded if your cancellation is received by June 1, 2009.  After June 1, 50% of your fees will be refunded.  Please notify Colette Steuck if you need to cancel. 

Daily Schedule: We are finalizing the daily schedule and will post a link on the MWIHC.org home page soon.  We will leave some free time for family activities, biking, swimming, meeting and getting to know one another - so remember to bring your "toys!"  This is a casual event and the main goal is to allow the kids time to play together and experience all the GLCC grounds have to offer.

Fees:
We will e-mail you an invoice with payment instructions.  Here are the fees for 2009:

1.  Camp Fee - $50 per family ($75 after May 15, 2009).
2.  Camp Fee - attending one day only $30 ($55 after May 15).
3.  Child Craft/Activity Fee -

4.  Hayride -
FREE!
5.  Indian Dinner/Dance:
