2011 Camp Registration

Once again we are running registration via the Internet. Below is a form for you to fill out for your family.

If you have questions, need to edit your responses after submission or are concerned that your registration submission did not go through, please send an e-mail to Terry at midwestichild@comcast.net.

Before you Register, a Few Notes:

Meals: All staying in hotel-type lodging are required to take their breakfasts and lunches through GLCC. Campers and those staying in cabins may bring their own breakfast to COJ.  Check with GLCC for times and costs of meals.  Campers/cabins are not required to use the meal plan at GLCC.  GLCC has agreed for us to do dinners on our own.

We will have potluck dinners on Sunday and Monday nights (bring your own meat or other main course and a dish to pass) and a catered Indian Dinner on Tuesday (don't forget to bring your best Indian dresses and suits!) Costs for the Indian Dinner will be $14 for each adult (age 13+) and $5 for each child aged 5-12 (toddlers and babies eat free).

Daily Schedule: We are working on the daily schedule and will post a link on the MWIHC.org home page soon.  We will leave some free time for family activities, biking, swimming, meeting and getting to know one another - so remember to bring your "toys!"  This is a casual event and the main goal is to allow the kids time to play together and experience all the GLCC grounds have to offer.

Registration deadlines: On-line registration is open until May 15, 2011.  After that, late fees will apply. Please register as soon as you can in order that we can put together an accurate head count and budget for this year's camp.

Payment: Following submission of your registration, we will e-mail you your invoice with PayPal payment instructions.  Payment can also be made by check.  Instructions for how to make check payments will come with your e-mail invoice.  Please give us a week or so to get you your invoice.

Cancellations: Due to the impact cancellations have on our budget and planning, the registration fee must be non-refundable.  Other fees will be refunded if your cancellation is received by May 15, 2011.  After May 15, 50% of your fees will be refunded.  Please notify Colette Steuck if you need to cancel. Also, if you want to register, but need to defer payment - let us know.  We will do everything we can to make sure your family can enjoy this year's camp!

Any other questions?  Feel free to e-mail Colette Steuck at colette@wadealan.com or send an e-mail to midwestichild@comcast.net.

Fees: Here are the fees for 2011:

1.  Camp Fee - $50 per family ($75 after May 15, 2011).
2.  Child Craft/Activity Fee - FREE! (ages 3-18)
3.  Hayride - FREE
4.  Indian Dinner/Dance:
---------------$14.00 per adult (age 13+).

MWIHC runs on volunteers - all teens and adults are asked to volunteer for 3 activities. Please insert names of volunteers here and the days each prefers to volunteer:
Do you have a teen that would like to be part of our "CIT" (Counselor in Training) program? CITs will be charged with running certain activities for the younger kids and organizing other activities - with the hope that they will become leaders of the camp effort as they mature into adults! Please list name, age and contact info for each teen.
